About Johnasia Shipping (S) Pte Ltd

Johnasia Shipping (S) Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore in year 1980. Our start-up business was mainly acting as management agency for U.S. Seismic Survey Company working in Indonesia and stevedore contractors. After a few years, we ventured into port agency business for dry bulkers and tankers.

Johnasia’s principals come from round the world and are increasing every year. They are mainly owners, charterers, operators, managers and even bankers whom operate all types and sizes of vessels ranging from panamax to supercape. In addition, some of Johnasia’s principals also operate container vessels.

In year 2002, we extended our port agency services into China. Shanghai Johnasia Shipping Ltd was started and fully operational in November. Hence Johnasia was able to act as general agent a/o local agent for all ports in China. In order to render better services and convenience to all our principals, Qingdao Johnasia Shipping Ltd was started in year 2009 and was fully operational in November.

In year 2008, in order to cater to principals whom are heading to South Korea for bunkering, drydocking, new buildings, cargo operations etc, Johnasia started Johnasia Representative Office in Seoul. Likewise Johnasia was able to act as general agent a/o local agent for all ports in South Korea.

Due to increasing popularity among new principals and everlasting partnership from all Johnasia’s existing principals, Johnasia is always ready to reach out to all our principals to provide guaranteed quality service!
